Where will the festival be held?

All events will be held on the beautiful front lawn of Tin Wis Best Western with Mackenzie Beach as the backdrop. We are thankful to the Tin Wis and the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation for providing such an incredible venue.

What experience is included in the General Admission vs. the VIP Tickets?

VIP tickets are $200 for a single day OR $350 for a weekend pass+ taxes/fees and include early access to the festival (1 hour prior to GA), as well as exclusive access to premium food & drink offerings, guest performers, and chef presentations. Unlimited food sampling and 12 drink tickets are provided.

General Admission tickets are $150 for a single-day pass OR $250 for a 2-day pass + taxes/fees and provide access to the festival from 1-4 pm. Unlimited food sampling and 12 drink tickets are provided.

Is there a dress code?

Tofino loves a theme so much that we made two!

Saturday at Sip on the Shore dress to impress with your best garden party attire. Think dress shirts, big hats, spiffy shoes, flowy dresses, and statement sunnies.

Sunday at Grilling in the Garden wear stylish interpretations of Western-inspired outfits, such as flowy dresses for women with cowboy boots or tailored suits with bolo ties for men. 

Is there a shuttle service to and from the festival grounds?

A shuttle service will leave from the festival starting at 3:30 pm to get you anywhere in Tofino safely on both days provided by Pacific Rim Navigators. We will not be providing shuttle services going to the festival.

Where can I park?

There is no parking at the event. We encourage you to walk, bike, or shuttle to the event.

Is the event rain or shine?

Yes, no refunds are offered. Presenters will be under covered tents in the case of rain.

Are there in and out privileges?

No, we ask that once you enter the festival grounds you do not leave unless you do not intend to return. Bathroom facilities are on site.

All attendees must present a valid ticket and two pieces of valid ID upon entry to the festival. The Festival is for 19+ only

Please no outside food on festival grounds.

Are there Alcohol Free options?

This year we are doubling down on our efforts to seek out Non-Alcoholic offerings from top creators in the industry. Keep an eye on our social media pages and Presenters page for who will be joining us!
